The Clinical Observation Of Treatment Of Damp-heat Phlegm And Blood Stasis Syndrome To Acute Gouty Arthritis With Tongluo Simiao Decoction

Purpose:This study with confirmed cases of acute gouty arthritis considered as research object,is aimed to take the relevant indicators of changes before and after treatment,In order to investigate the clinical treatment efficacy and safety of tongluo simiao decoction in treatment of damp-heat phlegm and blood stasis syndrome to acute gouty arthritis,and provide the treatment method with high efficiency of the disease.Methods:60 cases of acute gouty arthritis patients with damp-heat phlegm and blood stasis syndrome were divided into two groups.There were 30 cases in the control group which were given celecoxib capsules(200mg,twice a day),30 cases of the observation group which were given tongluo simiao decoction.to evaluate the efficiency of two groups with 7 days as an observation cycle,the relevant indicators,such as TCM syndrome integral,VAS score of arthralgia,ESR,CRP,BUA,etc,inter of changes were observed by before and after treatment.Results:(1)TCM syndrome integral:After 7 days of treatment,there was satistically significant difference in TCM syndromes including Joint tingling,swelling,tenderness,skin color,skin temperature,epigastric ruffian and suffocation,short and yellow urination,thirst and body heat before and after treatment within the treatment group(p<0.01);There was also a significant difference in limb sleepiness,heavy mouth adhesion(p<0.05).,there was satistically significant difference in TCM syndromes including Joint tingling,swelling,tenderness,local skin warming,skin color,thirsty and body heat before and after treatment within the control group(p<0.01);There was also a significant difference in short and yellow urination(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in Body trapped heavy chest region ruffian stuffy mouth sticky before and after treatment(p>0.05).;There was significant differences in hirst and body heat between the two groups(p<0.01);as well as TCM syndrome integraldifferences(p<0.05).(2)The clinical efficiency:The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 83.33%and 76.67%respectively,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups(p>0.05).The clinical cure rate was 6.67%,marked effective rate was 26.67%,effective rate was 50.00%,ineffective rate was16.67%in treatment group;And the clinical cure rate was 6.67%,marked effective rate was 26.67%,effective rate was43.33%,ineffective rate was23.33%in control group.(3)Joint symptoms:There was statistically significant difference in the VAS score of arthralgia,the scores of pain,tenderness,swelling and activity before and after treatment within each group(p<0.01);And there was no statistical difference between the two groups(p>0.05).In terms of symptom remission time,there was no significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05).(4)Laboratory indicators:There was statistically significant difference in ESR,CRP before and after treatment within each group(p<0.01);After 7 days of treatment,CRP levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(p<0.05);There was no statistical difference in ESR levels between the two groups(p>0.05);BUA level in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(p<0.05).(5)safety:no serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the observation period.Conclusion:Tongluo simiao decoction can significantly alleviate the joint symptoms of dampheat and phlegm stasis syndrome in patients with acute gout arthritis,reduce the ESR CRP level.It' s safe and reliable in treating Damp and hot phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of acute gouty arthritis curative effect,and may have a certain lowering blood uric acid level in the role of the treatment group in improving the TCM syndrome integral CRP and so on curative effect is better than that of control group only strengthen four wonderful soup in treatment of acute gouty arthritis in ease of damp and hot phlegm stasis syndrome symptoms reduced inflammatory indicators like celebrex curative effect,in terms of ease of TCM syndrome is better than that of celebrex,and no obvious adverse reaction is worth popularizing clinically applied.
