Objective: To observe the clinical effect of bolt-dissolving and diureses’ method withdifferent doses fibrinolytic enzyme in the treatment of ADVT.Methods: analyse nearly2years in our department were within14days of the onsetof acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis with60cases, according to the differenttreatment scheme is divided into fibrinolytic enzyme (200iu)20cases of the group 【A】,with traditional Chinese medicine therapy in20cases of group 【B】, fibrinolyticenzyme (100iu) combined with traditional Chinese medicine therapy in20cases ofgroup 【C】. Through the statistical analysis of the effects before and after treatment, compared among the three groups. And from the gender, age, occupation, laboratoryexamination and imaging examination, comparative analysis to the differences between thethree groups. Results: the three groups of patients before and after treatment symptoms, signs, areobviously improved. Within60cases,29cases were cured,21cases improved obviously, the total effective rate was90%. Through to the D-dimmer, PT, APTT, Fib and plateletindex in the course of treatment in observation, preliminary sure Fib in thrombosis in theprocess of treatment of drug dose selection reference function. By contrast to furtherclarify the traditional Chinese medicine " law in the early improvement of swelling, painand other symptoms and signs role.Conclusion:1. Bolt-dissolving and diureses’method in swelling and pain of the acutephase of DVT is good.2.The role of fbrinolytion enzyme on treatment of DVT is clear.3.Early increase dosage of fibrinolytic enzyme can speed up the fibrinogentransformation.
