Clinical Investigations On The Treatment Of Ovulation Bleeding Of Kidney Yin Deficient With Jingjianning Formula

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Jingjianning Formula on treatingOvulation Bleeding of Kidney Yin Deficient, to explore the possible mechanism andprovide scientific basis for the clinical application of it.Methods:60cases of Ovulation Bleeding were randomly divided into treatmentgroup (30cases,treated with Jingjianning Formula) and the control group(30cases,treatedwith Zhikang Capsule). Both groups started at10th±2day during the menstrual periodand lasted7days, a course contained three menstrual cycles. Before and after treatment,the hemostatic effects, the clinical efficacy, scores of the clinical symptoms and the changeof estradiol(E2) and progesterone (P) in serum would be compared.Results: l. The total efficiency of the treatment group and control group were96.7％,73.3％.Two groups had significant differences (P<0.05). On the hemostatic effect,theeffective rates of the two group are90.0％,60.0％,the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).2. The treatment group has significant difference from the control group on theamelioration of dizziness and tinnitus, waist and leg, aching,etc.(P<0.05).3. The treatmentgroup increased level of E2and P (P<0.05) and decreased thickness of Endometrium(P<0.05)Conclusion: Jingjianning Formula can treat Ovulation Bleeding and ameliorate thecorrelate symptoms through its good hemostatic function and regulating the body as awhole. The mechanism may be relevant to the function of Jingjianning Formula onregulating the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis and improving the generalimmunological function.
