| Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Bushenguchongzhixue Formula ontreating kidney yin deficiency type of Ovulation Bleeding, to explore the possiblemechanism and provide scientific basis for the clinical application of it.Methods:60cases of Ovulation Bleeding were randomly divided into treatmentgroup (30cases,treated with Bushenguchongzhixue Formula,one dose a day) and thecontrol group(30cases,treated with Xueping Capsule,four capsules three times a day).Both groups started taking drugs at10th±2day during the menstrual period and lasted7days, a course contained three menstrual cycles. Before and after treatment, the hemostaticeffects, the clinical efficacy, scores of the clinical symptoms and the change of estradiol(E2)and progesterone (P) in serum of two groups would be compared to evaluate the clinicaleffect of Bushenguchongzhixue Formula.Results: l. The total efficiency of the treatment group and control group wererespectively93.3％,80％.Two groups had significant differences (P<0.05). On thehemostatic effect,the effective rates of the two groups were respectively80.0％,60.0％,thedifference has statistical significance (P<0.05),statistics showed that the treatment groupwas better than control group in comprehensive curative effect and hemostatic effect.2.Two groups had curative effect in ameliorating symptoms including dizziness and tinnitus,waist and leg aching, feverishness in palms and soles, insomnia,etc,and the curative effectof treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05).3. The treatment group raisedthe level of E2and P(P<0.01).Conclusion: Bushenguchongzhixue Formula has a good curative effect on treatingOvulation Bleeding, and ameliorate the correlate symptoms through its good hemostatic function and regulating the body as a whole. The mechanism may be relevant to thefunction of Bushenguchongzhixue Formula on regulating the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis and improving the general immunological function. |
