Objective:using Difference method is one of the ways to assess the anus diseasepostoperative pain degree objectively,This topic is using Difference method to evaluatemixed hemorrhoid postoperative pain degree, to observe the different way of anesthesiaand the operation method influence of postoperative pain,for selecting or improvingoperative way, selecting the way and postoperative analgesia anesthesia guidance.Methods: meeting the conditions of the mixed hemorrhoid patients, surgicalprocedures in accordance with anesthesia way of different groups,Select60patients withanesthesia way, including30cases of Local anesthesia, the Waist hard joint anesthesiagroup of30patients;Select60patients with anesthesia way, including30cases of MilliganMorgan, the PPH plus extemal hemorrhoidectomy in the treatment of hemorroids group of30patients,according to different groups patients with application of postoperative valuemethod at different time points pain intensity evaluation for Difference method,to observethe pain differences and trend.Results: In different ways of anesthesia group, local anesthesia group patients whounderwent the first disappeared, anesthesia when defecate, the first change medicine,7days after the pain was significantly lower than Waist hard joint anesthesia group (P <0.01), two groups of pain are changes with time, and in the first time when the mixture toachieve maximum progressive decrease; In the group of different surgical procedures, PPHplus extemal hemorrhoidectomy in the treatment of hemorroids patients who underwentthe anesthesia group disappeared, the first time when defecate, the first change medicine,7days after the pain was significantly lower than the Milligan Morgan group (P <0.01), twogroups of pain are changes with time, and in the first time when the mixture to achievemaximum are in after decrease.Conclusion: Difference method can be better for the anus disease postoperative pain assessment, from postoperative pain intensity, local invasion was less than waist hemppostoperative pain in Mixed hemorrhoid Milligan Morgan in the anesthesia group way;PPH plus extemal hemorrhoidectomy was less than Milligan Morgan pain in the treatmentof hemorroids patients in the surgery group way.Mixed hemorrhoid postoperative pain wasmoderate to severe in early, then the trend is alleviative.
