Objective: This research through clinical observation the Prescription namedNourishing heart and Freeing vascular in Treatment of coronary heart disease in deficiencyof both Qi and yin and study on its mechanism, thus proving the method of invigorating Qiand nourishing yin plays an important position in the treatment of angina pectoris ofcoronary heart disease.Methods: In this clinical study,60coronary heart disease patients with angina whobelong to deficiency of both Qi and yin of randomly divided into two groups.30patients intreatment group, in addition to the conventional Western medicine treatment who have totake the Prescription named Nourishing heart and Freeing vascular everyday in thetreatment.30cases in Control group, only treated by conventional Western medicine.4weeks later, observe the two groups in clinical symptoms、the change of ECG、theindicators of laboratory examination and statistical analysis.Results:In the treatment of coronary heart disease the Prescription named Nourishingheart and Freeing vascular can reduce the number of heart attacks, duration of symptoms;ease the pain and reduce the dose nitroglycerin and improve ECG when the attack is betterthan the control group.Conclusions: In the clinical for patients with coronary heart disease who belong todeficiency of both Qi and yin of randomly, the Prescription named Nourishing heart andFreeing vascular can improve the symptoms、signs、and the main indicators of efficacymuch better than the control group。during the treatment Adverse reactions are not befound, so it is safe and effective on clinical application which reflects that the traditionalChinese medicine in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease have broadprospects.
