Clinical Research Of Yupingfeng San In Treating Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective: To observe the Yupingfeng San on the treatment of early diabeticnephropathy.Methods: This topic in the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of TraditionalChinese Medicine Department of Endocrinology inpatient and outpatient were randomlyselected with type2diabetic nephropathy patients in phase Ⅲ.All patients were randomlydivided into treatment group and control group. Two groups of patients were given in type2diabetic basic therapy, control glycaemic, blood pressure, and blood lipid. The treatmentgroup were given in Yupingfeng San as basic method of treatment based on syndromedifferentiation, treat two groups for1months. To observe two groups of patients before andafter treatment of Chinese medicine syndromes and changes of blood glucose, HbA1c,lipids, blood pressure and urinary albumin excretion rate and other indicators of changes inthe level.Results: Through clinical observation, the treatment group in improving symptomsand related indexes were significantly advantage, in the improvement of patients withurinary albumin excretion rate to be significantly better than the control group (P <0.05).In the routine analysis of blood, urine, and stool routine, liver and kidney function andelectrocardiogram before and after treatment with no abnormal change, at the same timewithout adverse reaction, with good security.Conclusion: Yupingfeng San modified recipe for treatment of diabetic nephropathy in early stage, can significantly reduce the patients with urinary albumin excretion, preventmassive proteinuria, delaying or even blocking the progress of the disease, and cansignificantly improve patients clinical symptoms, combined with conventional treatment ofWestern medicine, the curative effect is better than that of simple western medicinetreatment.
