Objective: This research was to observe and confirm the effect on DN (Clinical albuminuria period) mainly by the method of tonifing Qi; promoting blood flow and tonifying kidney and spleen combining Modern Medicine at the same time .Methods: Fifty-eight patients were chosen by Mogensen standards for Research object which belonging to asthenia of the spleen and kidney; " Qi,Yin" deficiency and blood stasis by Chinese medicine dialectical method. They were randomly divided into two groups. Based on treatment with western medicine, control the blood sugar to normal .the treatment group (28 patients)were treated with Chinese herbal medicine. The control group (28 patients) were treated with western medicine alone. Two months was regard as one course. Parameters of blood sugar,24 hours urinary albumin quantity ,HbA_1C,blood lipidsKidney function were observed,measure,and then compared after and before treatment in two groups. Result: treatment group 24 hours urinary albumin quantity, blood lipids obvious reduce compared with the control group.while the FBG,PBG, HbA_1c,Scr and Ccr didn't change remarkable, conclusions: Using supplementing vital energy and invigorating blood circulation invigorating the kidney and spleen to treat DN has exact effect. The effective rate of the treatment group was 78.5% and to improve clinical symptomm,reduce urinary albumin quantity and blood lipids obvious better than control group.
