Yangxue Yiqi Decoction Combined With The Efficacy Of NB-UVB Treatment Of Vitiligo Observed

Objective:Homemade experience Yangxue Yiqi Decoction of the joint NB-UVBobserve, explore traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of the roleof the two treatments of vitiligo without synergy or efficacy of the sum ofthe efficacy of vitiligo.Methods:Selected94outpatient vitiligo cases were randomly divided intoA, B, and C to treat.Group A（33）:to Oral Yangxue Yiqi Decoction and combinedwith NB-UVB to treat;Group B（31）:to Oral Yangxue Yiqi Decoction to treat;GroupC（30）:NB-UVB treatment.Results:After3months there are results:Three groups of patients curerate and efficiency compared have the statistically significant. A group, thecure rate is higher than the other two groups (P<0.05).Group B and group Ccompared to the cure rate was no significant difference（P＞0.05）. Theefficient of group A is higher than the other two groups (P<0.05).Group B andgroup C compared to the efficient was no significant difference（P＞0.05).Conclusion:1.Yangxue Yiqi Decoction treatment of vitiligo with goodclinical efficacy.2.Yangxue Yiqi Decoction combined with NB-UVB treatmentof vitiligo has better clinical efficacy.3.Yangxue Yiqi Decoction and NB-UVBin the treatment of vitiligo, synergy and efficacy of the sum.
