Expression And Significance Of CyclinD1and CDK4in Ovarian Serous Tumor

Objective To explor the expression of CyclinDl and CDK4in ovarian serous tumor and its relationship with clinicopathological features.Methods Adoption the immunohistostaining methods to detecte the expression of CyclinDl and CDK4in40cases of ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma,16cases of ovarian borderline serous cystadenoma and20cases of ovarian serous cystadenoma then to analyze correlativity between the expression CyclinD1,CDK4and clinical stage, pathology grades in above grouping.Results1. The positive rate of CyclinD1in ovarian serous cystadenoma was26.3%,in ovarian borderline serous cystadenoma was70.6%.and in ovarian serous cystadenocarc-arcinoma was60.0%.Among the three groups there was difference in the positive expression (x2=8.32, P<0.05):2. The CDK4protein positive rate was36.8%in ovarian serous cystadenoma.52.9%in ovarian borderline serous cystadenoma and70%in ovarian serous cystadenoc-arcinoma.There was significant difference in positive expression of each group (χ2=9.97, P<0.01);3. In the ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma according to the clinical stage the CyclinD1protein positive rate were38.5%and70.3%in prophase and advanced stage (χ2=4.07, P<0.05); Among the different pathology rank,the positive expression of CyclinD1were82.4%in the pooly differentiated,58.3%in the moderately differentiated and27.3%in the well differentiated.There were all difference positive expression (x2=6.72, P<0.05);4. In the ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma according to the clinical stage the CDK4protein positive rate were46.2%and81.5%in prophase and advanced stage.there was statistical significance (χ2=5.49,P<0.01):Among the different pathology rank.the positive expression of CDK4were88.2%in the pooly differentiated,70.5%in the moderately differentiated and36.4%in the well differentiated.The contranst was significance (χ2=9.93.P<0.01); 5. In the40example of ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma,among the28example positive expression of CDK4.there were21example positive expression of CyclinD1,the positive rate was75.0%:among the12example negative expression of CDK4,there were9example negative expression of CyclinD1,the negative rate was75.0%;Between the expression of CyclinD1and CDK4was positive correlation (r=0.48, P<0.01);7. In the40examples of ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma, according to statistics analysis the expression of CyclinD1and CDK4have not relationed with the nation.age and position.conclusions1. The positive expression of CyclinD1and CDK4in the ovarian borderline serous cystadenoma and ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma was higher than the ovarian serous cystadenoma, there was statistical significance and prompt the CyclinD1and CDK4played the important part in the early development of ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma;2.
