The Clinical Characteristic Of The Hospitalized Elderly Patients With Acute Coronary Syndrome Accompanied By Anxiety State

Objective: To observe the hospitalized elderly patients with acute coronarysyndrome accompanied by anxiety state of clinical characteristics. Methods:91patientscame from cardiac ICU in the first hospital in Xinjiang Medical University. All patientsachieved qualified SAS checklist. According to the result of the SAS checklist assessmenton the research evaluated the object of mental state. Application of SPSS17.0statisticalsoftware packages for statistical analysis. Results: This study showed anxiety group in42cases, accounting for46.15%of. In univariate analysis, age, gender, between two groupsof income level, widowed, smoking, history of diabetes, hypertension history differencehas statistics meaning (P＜0.05). But alcohol consumption, blood glucose, totalcholesterol, glycerin three greases, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein has noobvious statistical difference (P＞0.05). Multiple factors regression analysis the resultsshowed that logistic non condition of age, gender, income level, smoking were significantcorrelation between the. Anxiety group in psychological upset and panic, headache andneck and back pain, fast heartbeat, dizziness and distressed, numbness tingling,nightmares in physical and sleep disorders than the patients of control group demandsmore intense. Conclusion: the patients with acute coronary syndrome associated withstate anxiety, patients can affect disease occurrence, development and prognosis. Thegender, age, income level, whether smoking had the obvious correlation with theoccurrence of disease. Anxiety status of the patients with SAS score is closely with bodyand sleep disorders.
