Objectives:To investigate the catecholamines transmitter in coronary heart disease (CHD) patients with phlegm-heat syndrome and blood stasis, exploring the relations between phlegm-heat syndrome and cardiac autonomic nervous. Methods:According to "the guideline for diagnosis and treatment of chronic stable angina"and "guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of unstable angina and non-ST-elevation myocardial infarction "established by Chiese Society of Cardiology in2007as well as "ACC/AHA2002guideline update for the management of patients with unstable angina and non-ST-segmentelevation myocardial infarction"developed by ACC/AHA in2002, CHD was diagnosed.Dialectic Classification of Syndrome Diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in CHD patients met ZY/T001.1-94"Criteria of diagnosis and therapeutic effect of internal diseases and syndromes in traditional Chinese medicine". Patients with syndrome of phlegm-heat and blood stasis were further screened and quantitated by TCM scales for CHD with syndrome of phlegm four diagnostic methods and blood stasis syndrome, respectively. The scale for four diagnostic methods was provided by "the National Science&Technology Pillar Program during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan Period" blood stasis syndrome scale was developped by Keji-Chen and Jie Wang. The30patients were evaluated with Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA). The catecholamines transmitter was also assayed in patients. The level of depression and catecholamines transmitter was analyzed by SPASS17.0.Results and Conclusions:Patients with CHD show abnormal release of catecholamines and autonomic dysfunction, norepinephrine and dopamine in patients with phlegm-heat and blood syndrome are significantly higher compared with that in blood stasis patients (P<0.05). It was suggested that sympathetic nerve function in patients with phlegm-heat syndrome is over-activated. HAMA shows are statistically significant difference,...
