Objective:To explore lymphocyte subsets for evaluating the value of the prognosis of elderly acute coronary syndrome,we study lymphocyte subgroup percentage change of elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome. Methods: Select 60 patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS) in November 2012 to December 2014 in our hospital geriatric medicine in hospital. 36 cases of men, women, 24 cases, aged 65-65 years old, average age 80.5 ± 12.5 years old.We determine all the objects T lymphocytes(CD3 +), auxiliary T lymphocytes(CD3 +, CD4 +), T lymphocytes(CD3 + CD8 +), NK cells(CD3 + CD16 + 56) and B lymphocyte(CD3-CD19 +) ratio, and the ratio of CD4 + / CD8 + in the peripheral blood by using flow cytometry. At the same time for all selected objects for a 1 year follow-up, a detailed record of all selected objects myocardial infarction, intractable angina pectoris, heart failure, malignant arrhythmia, stroke and other cardiovascular adverse events. SPSS17.0 statistical software for data analysis.Test all the data whether they are normally distributed using One Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov Tests, mark the measurement data with mean ± standard deviation( x ±s) in all observed indicators, Count data represented in the frequency or percentage, mark the Count data with chi-square test,P <0.05 was statistical difference. Results: Elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome total peripheral blood T lymphocytes(CD3 +), T lymphocytes(CD3 +, CD4 +), T/T restrain(CD4 + / CD8 +) higher than healthy controls(< 0.05); And T lymphocyte inhibition(CD3 + CD8 +), NK cells(CD3 + CD16 + 56), B lymphocyte(CD3- CD19 +) compared with healthy controls lower(< 0.05). In ACS group, cardiovascular adverse events less event group increased the ratio of CD4 + / CD8 +(P < 0.05), the difference is statistically significant. Event group of less event group significantly increased risk of cardiovascular adverse events. Conclusion: 1. The immune dysfunction in elderly patients with ACS, lymphocyte subsets of imbalances may be associated with plaque instability in patients with ACS. CD4 + / CD8 + can be used as forecast indicator of cardiovascular adverse events in elderly patients with ACS.
