Methods:200cases of breast tumordivided into4groups (usual ductal hyperplasia, atypical ductal hyperplasia, ductalcarcinoma in situ and invasive breast carcinoma), the expression of CD10, CD34andα-SMA were detected by immunohistochemistry in each group. Results:(1) Negativeexpressions of CD10in stromal cells in four groups.(2)The positive expressions of CD34in4groups are non-all the same(χ2=23.059,P=0.000). The positive rate of invasivebreast carcinoma (32%) is lower than the other three goups.(3)The positive expressions ofα-SMAin4groups are non-all the sam(eχ2=33.713,P=0.000). The positive rate of usualductal hyperplasia (62%) is lower than the other three groups. Conclusions: The changeof breast stromal, which rich in α-SMA(+) but lack of CD34(+), plays the important rolewhile breast benign tumor become malignant tumor. | Keywords/Search Tags: | Breast Stromal Cell, CD10, CD34, α-SMA | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
