Objective:Understanding the relationship between genetic polymorphisms ofβ2-adrenergic receptor and infants bronchiolitis. Methods:The total DNA in the infantsbronchiolitis of Case group (n=131) and infants of Control group (n=110) were used astemplates, amplified β2-adrenergic receptor gene by PCR, detected the gene by DNAsequencing technology, compared the similarity of sequencing results and NCBI genebank by BLAST. Results:There is significant difference in the frequencies of genotypes ofHan and Uighur children β2-AR16loci in Case group (P<0.05), but it’s no significantdifference in control group. There is significant difference in the frequencies of genotypesand alleles of Han children β2-AR27loci between the two groups (P<0.05). There issignificant difference in the frequencies of genotypes and alleles of β2-AR16loci betweenthe two races (P<0.05). There is no significant difference in the frequencies of genotypesand alleles of β2-AR between the sex (P>0.05). Conclusion:Race has correlation withgenetic polymorphisms of β2-adrenergic receptor. Sexes don’t have correlation withgenetic polymorphisms of β2-adrenergic receptor. |
