| Objective: To observe the application of atorvastatin monotherapy and combined probucol after the changes of the serum level of Ghrelin,to further clarify the probucol combined with atorvastatin treatment compared with monotherapy in patients with unstable angina treatment has the superiority of.Methods: 80 cases of patients with unstable angina from January 2016 to December 2016 in our hospital underwent interventional treatment of were selected as the research object,adopt the way of random number table.The patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,40 cases in each group.The standardization of drug control group were given according to the condition of Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets,clopidogrel,isosorbidemononitrate and unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease treatment,and on the basis of routine treatment added atorvastatin treatment;the patients in the experimental group increased by the control group patients on the basis of the test treatment,namely using atorvastatin Atorvastatin Combined with probucol treatment.The selected patients in the intervention before and after3 months the venous blood serum will be stored in the refrigerator after the separation temperature,serum Ghrelin were determined to set a temperature of-70 by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,the levels of serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),OX-LDL and hs-CRP level and blood routine;observed and compared before and after treatment,clinical efficacy of two groups were compared and weekly episodes,each attack time,serum Ghrelin level,serum total cholesterol,triglyceride(TC)(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),OX-LDL and hs-CRP levels and blood level etc.Results: Data show that in this study,the treatment group and control group in age,gender,BMI index,smoking,diabetes and hypertension,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and other data comparison was not statistically significant(P>0.05);in the second experiment,;the patients in the treatment group after three months of treatment,the total effective rate was 87.5%;the control group of patients after three months of treatment,the total effective rate was 75%,the total efficiency of the treatment group than the control group,the experimental data was statistically significant(P<0.05);patients in patients with serum Ghrelin level before treatment were 1.97±0.64(ng/ml).1.91±0.59(ng/ml)data,the difference was not statistically significance(P>0.05);The serum Ghrelin level of patients in the control group and the experimental group after treatment was 3.24±0.84(ng/ml),and the serum level was 1.92±0.58(ng/ml),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment the treatment group had no statistical significance compared with TC,TG and LDL-C compared with control group(P>0.05);after 3 months of treatment in the treatment group,TC TG and LDL-C compared with before treatment significantly decreased(P<0.05),decreased compared with the control group of patients with statistical significance.The experimental data show that before treatment patients in the experimental group and the control group of patients with OX-LDL and hs-CRP level data comparison was not statistically significant,after three months of treatment,the experimental group and the control group of patients with OX-LDL levels were decreased,but the experimental group OX-LDL the data is lower than the control group,data statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the experimental group after treatment compared with the control group of patients with hs-CRP,hs-CRP level in the experimental group than the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05)data.In the course of the treatment,the patients in the experimental group appeared a case of slightly elevated transaminase,patients in the control group patients with dizziness,nausea,after symptoms disappeared,cases of adverse reactions in two groups of data comparison was not statistically significant.Conclusion: probucol combined with atorvastatin therapy after percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with unstable angina pectoris is significant,patients in the experimental group after the treatment,the serum of Ghrelin patients increased more significantly,unstable angina attack frequency and duration,blood lipid level and OX-LDL and hs-CRP level is reduced.High safety,proved that probucol combined with atorvastatin treatment has certain superiority compared with monotherapy in the treatment of unstable angina of coronary heart disease patients,has important clinical value. |
