Objective:Explore GualouXiebaiBanxia Decoction of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury JAK-STAT Cell signaling pathways adjusting research.Methods:60male SD rats randomly divided into blank control (A) group, ischemia reperfusion (B) group (I/R), ischemia preconditioning (C) group (IPC), GXBD pretreatment (D) group, AG490processing (E) groups, and only8(victim eliminate). Ligation rat the left anterior descending coronary artery30minutes,90minutes reperfusion making myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury, igl times every day, model for3consecutive days, the end time ig1h line after coronary artery ligation.
