| Objective Observation of modified Banxiaxiexin Decoction in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen stomach damp heat syndrome clinical curative effect.Method a randomized study method,60cases with chronic atrophic gastritis patients were divided into treatment group and control group with30cases in each group, treatment group to be added by summer Xiexin Decoction oral therapy, and control group was treated with oral jianweixiaoyan granule in treating, the course of treatment was3months,1after the end of treatment, the two groups were observed before and after treatment the main clinical symptom and pathology improvement, evaluate the curative effect.Result Clinical research results the treatment group for epigastric fullness, stomachache, nausea, heartburn, epigastric pain, halitosis, yellow urine, improvements were superior to the control group, there were statistical differences between two groups (P﹤0.05or P﹤0.01); symptoms in the treatment group and control group with total score of symptoms total score difference between the (P﹤0.05). Pathological effect comparison of improved atrophy, intestinal metaplasia in two groups were statistically significant (P﹤0.05). Improvement of dysplasia treated groups was statistically significant (P﹤0.05), the control group had no statistical significance (P﹥0.05). The comprehensive curative effect of treatment group total effectiveness is83.3%, control group in the clinical curative effect the total efficiency of53.3%, between the two groups of comprehensive efficacy was statistically significant (P﹤0.05).Conclude Through correlation analysis, shows that Jiajian Banxia Xiexin Decoction in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen stomach damp heat syndrome has a better clinical outcome, can significantly reversed the chronic atrophic gastritis pathological state, description of Jiajian Banxia Xiexin Decoction in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen stomach damp heat syndrome and effective prescriptions. |
