Clinical Study Of Banxia Xiexin Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Non-Atrophic Gastritis

Objective: By applying Banxia Xiexin decoction and Jinghua Weikang Jiao Pill to treat chronic non-atrophic gastritis,compare the TCM syndrome score,western medicine symptom score,gastroscopy gastric mucosal manifestations and histopathological examination results before and after treatment,and provide a new method for the treatment of this disease.Methods: According to the diagnostic criteria,65 patients with CNAG cold and heat disorder in the affiliated hospital of Shanxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine were collected.According to the order of their visits,the cases were numbered and selected according to the digital random table method,which was divided into 30 cases in the control group and 35 cases in the treatment group.The control group was given oral Jinghua Weikang Jiao pills,and the treatment group was given Banxia Xiexin decoction for4 weeks as a treatment.To observe the improvement of TCM syndromes,major symptoms of western medicine,gastroscope mucosa and pathological histology,and to collate and summarize the data,using SPSS 22.0 medical statistics software to analyze and process the data,according to the results of the analysis of the clinical efficacy and safety of Banxia Xiexin decoction in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis.Results :1.The total effective rate of western medicine symptoms after treatment was85.71% in the treatment group,73.33% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).2.After treatment,the single symptom score of western medicine symptoms was compared,both groups were improved,both methods could effectively alleviate the symptoms of western medicine(P<0.01),and the treatment group had better effect in relieving abdominal distention,acid regurgitation and belching(P<0.05).3.The total effective rate of treatment group and control group after treatment was 88.57% and76.67% respectively(P <0.05).4.After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes were compared,both groups of syndromes scores were decreased,and both methods could effectively improve TCM symptoms(P<0.01).The effect of the treatment group was better in the aspects of epigastric fullness,noise and dry mouth and bitter mouth(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups in improving epigastric fear of cold and stool dryness or loose stools(P<0.05).5.After treatment,there was no significant difference in the effect between the two groups of stomach the comparison of microscopiccurative effect was 77.14% in the treatment group and 63.33% in the control group,which showed that the traditional Chinese medicine group had better curative effect,and improved better in mild patients.6.After treatment,the two groups had 74.29% and 60.00% in the control group,respectively,and the treatment group had better curative effect,and improved better in mild patients.7.The two groups of patients before and after the treatment of each of the relevant safety test,no abnormal performance,and no adverse reactions during the medication.Conclusion:1.In the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis with cold and heat disorder,Banxia Xiexin decoction has a remarkable effect.2.In improving western medicine symptoms,both groups are effective,in relieving abdominal distention,acid regurgitation and belching,the effect of Banxia Xiexin decoction is better than Jinghua Weikang Jiao Pill.3.Banxia Xiexin decoction and Jinghua Weikang Jiao Pill have curative effect in improving TCM syndromes,Banxia Xiexin decoction is superior to Jinghua Weikang Jiao Pill in improving epigastric fullness,noise and dry mouth and bitter mouth.4.Banxia Xiexin decoction group and Jinghua Weikang Jiao Pill in improving mucous membrane and pathological tissue,Banxia Xiexin decoction is better,and improved better in mild patients.
