Clinical Observation Of Improving The Endometrial Receptivity For Infertile Patients By Tonifying Kidney And Activating Blood

Objective:In clinical research, to evaluat the effect of endometrial receptivity intervening by tonifying the kidney and promoting blood circulationon,and then to search for a more safe, effective and convenient treatment for infertility, finally improve clinical pregnancy rate, play the characteristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicines.Methods:53cases of infertility patients were randomly divided into group A, B, C. Group A (who take the Clomifene) has15cases,31cycle; group B (who take the Clomifene and treat by tonifying kidney and activating blood) has18cases,41cycle; group C (who take the Clomifene and treat by tonifying the kidney to regulate cycle) has20cases,41cycles. Observe the serum LH、E2、VEGF levels, endometrial, uterine artery RI、PI through B ultrasound in terms of intramuscular injection of HCG, and then observe the serum E2、P、VEGF levels, endometrial, uterine artery RI、PI through B ultrasound and pregnancy outcome (biochemical pregnancy rate, clinical pregnancy, ectopic pregnancy rate)seventh days after ovulation.Results:(1) comparison of LH、VEGF、E2when injecting the HCG between three groups: group B and group C are higher than group A(P<0.05, with statistical significance), there is no significant difference among group B and groupC(P>0.05, there is no statistical significance);(2) comparison of endometrial uterine artery blood flow resistance, pulsatile value when injecting the HCG:group B and group C are thicker than group A on endometrial thickness (P <0.05, with statistical significance), there is no significant difference among group B and groupC(P>0.05).Uterine artery RI and PI of group B, group C decreased more significant than group A(P<0.05), there is no significant difference among group B and groupC(P>0.05);(3) comparison of serum E2、P、VEGF when mid luteal:group B and group C are higher than group A(P<0.05), there is no significant difference among group B and groupC(P>0.05);(4) comparison of endometrial thickness and uterine artery blood flow resistance, pulsatile value when mid-luteal:group B and group C are thicker than group A(P<0.05), there is no significant difference among group B and group,C(P>0.05); group B, group C compared separately with group A in uterine artery RI and PI value, there is statistical significance P<0.05, and there is no significant difference among group B and groupC(P>0.05);(5) comparison of outcomes:the clinical pregnancy of group A has3(20%) cases, biochemical pregnancy has4(26.67%) case; the clinical pregnancy of group B has12(66.7%) cases, biochemical pregnancy has2(11.11%) case; the clinical pregnancy of group C has13(65%) cases, biochemical pregnancy has3(15%) case; group B、group C compared separately with group A on clinical pregnancy, there is statistical significance P<0.05, and there is no significant difference among group B and group,C(P>0.05); the biochemical pregnancy of group B、group C is lower than group A(P<0.05, with statistical significance), and there is no significant difference among group B and group,C(P>0.05).There is no heterotopic pregnancy in three group.Conclusion:the method of tonifying kidney and activating blood can elevate serum E2、P、LH、 VEGF levels, increased endometrial thickness and local blood flow, thereby it can improve uterine receptivity, and increase the clinical pregnancy rate. There is no significant differences with method of tonifying kidney and activating blood, and it indicates that the method is safety, effective, convenient treatment.
