Tonifying Kidney And Removing Blood Stasis Method In The Treatment Of Moderate To Severe Clinical Effect Of Hysteroscopic Intrauterine Adhesions After Exclusion Of Observation

Object:Through the observation of kidney and activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis method on moderate and severe intrauterine adhesions (IUA) of menstruation, infertility and intrauterine adhesion degree of postoperative improvement and effect on uterine endometrial thickness, uterine spiral artery perfusion and pregnancy rate within one year, to explore the clinical curative effect of Chinese medicine in the treatment of Tonifying the kidney and activating blood circulation to remove stasis severe intrauterine adhesions, aimed at improving the moderate and severe IUA hysteroscopy in treatment of postoperative curative effect, and the mechanism of a preliminary inquiry.Method:The collection of intrauterine adhesion (IUA) in 60 cases, completely randomized divided into western medicine control group:30 cases, postoperative hormone therapy, selection of progynova 9mg/day×21 days, dydrogesterone 20mg×10 days after the program, CO treatment of 3 menstrual cycle; traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in 30 cases of treatment group, based on the control group plus treatment with traditional Chinese medicine Bushen Huoxue Quyu, menstrual withdrawal. To observe the improvement in the thickness of endometrium, endometrial spiral arteries blood flow index, uterine cavity adhesion degree of two groups of patients before and after treatment, and to observe the blood flow and the improvement of clinical symptom and pregnancy rate within 1 years to stop the medicine.Result:The control group and treatment group total effectiveness respectively:90.00%, 96.67%, two groups of comprehensive comparative effectiveness, no difference (P> 0.05). Cure rates were 26.67%,53.33%, the treatment group is better than that of control group, with statistical difference (P< 0.05). Have fertility for patients with pregnancy rate in a year:the satisfaction of the control group and treatment group the pregnancy rate is respectively:20.00%, 53.33%, treatment group was significantly higher than the western medicine control group (P< 0.05). Whether moderate IUA or severe IUA, after treatment was thickening of the endometrial thickness (P< 0.05); Endometrial thickening obviously than the control group, treatment group was statistically significant (P< 0.05). groups after treatment than before treatment with significant difference (P< 0.05), PI after treatment between the two groups have significant difference (P< 0.05); RI were decreased, the two groups after treatment than before treatment with significant difference (P< 0.05), RI after treatment between the two groups have no significant difference (P> 0.05).Conclusion:Moderate and severe intrauterine adhesions (IUA) patients were treated by Chinese medicine for tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis method combined with estrogen and progesterone treatment than the singleauxiliary estrogen progestin therapy effect is better, and its mechanism might improve immune imbalance and traditional Chinese medicine, the improvement of uterine blood flow, so as to further promote endometrial thickening, prevent uterine cavity adhesionon again.
