Objective:To explore the expression of Wnt3a、β-catenin and CyclinD1in gastric carcinoma (GC) and gastric ulcer (GU). Analyse the result and get the regular of explore To help us identify the molecular mechanism of GC, provide reliable experimental basis For molecular therapy of GC.Methods:Collect pathological specimens of affliated hospital of DaLi university in01/2009~03/2011.48cases were GC and42cases were GU. ALL the pathological specimens were diagnose by pathology after surgery. The expression and distribution of Wnt3a、β-catenin and CyclinD1in GC and GU were detect by S-ABC immunohisto chemistry method. The pathological sections were observe by optical microscope and judge AOD by JIEDA-801image measuring software. Analyse data by spss16.0.Result: Wnt3a were undetected in tissue of GC and GU. The positive-reaction of β-catenin and CyclinD1were strong and without any relationship with the patients’ age, sexuality, tumor pathologic category and TNM stage. The average optical density (AOD) of β-catenin, CyclinD1in GC was0.523±0.044and0.446±0.054, in GU was0.367±0.073and0.311±0.029. GC was stronger than GU in the expression and showing the statistical significance (P<0.05)Conclusion:The expression of β-catenin and CyclinD1in GC were stronger obviously than GU. The expressions of β-catenin and CyclinD1have no relevancy with age, sexuality, tumor pathologic category and TNM stage in GC patients. β-catenin and CyclinD1are two factors of Wnt/β-catenin classic signal channel, they expreesion have togetherness in GC. The activity of the channel is one of the molecular mechanism which lead to GC.
