| Purpose: To observe the clinical efficacy of oral administration of the traditional Chinese medicine extract, Bushenhouxue Decoction, in treating.Method:In this project,30patients with hypomenorrhea with deficiency of the kidney and having blood stasis were studied. By curative effect comparison before and after the treatment of oral Bushenhouxue Decoction for three treatment course, we observe change of the amount of menstrual and accompanying symptoms and evaluate its clinical efficacy.Result:Comprehensive treatment result:Of the30patients,3cases were cured with the ratio of10%; significant improvement in18cases or53.33%; efficiency in7cases, accounting for23.33%; and inefficiency in4cases, accounting for13.33%. The total efficiency ratio is86.67%. It shows remarkable clinical efficacy. It is also of statistical significance by comparing all of the indexed before and after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of Bushenhuoxue Decoction in the treatment of Hypomenorrhea with kidney deficiency and having blood stasis has significant positive clinical effects. This treatment is safe and reliable which is worthy of promotion. |
