Effect Of Fuyuan Capsule On T-PA、PAI、vWF Of Rats With Qi Deficiciencyand Blood Stasis

Background:The Qi deficiency and blood stasis is a lot of geriatric syndromes,particularly in the heart, cerebrovascular diseases are more common in,Traditional Chinese medicine believes that" Qi as the commander of bloodgas, blood deficiency, if can" agitate weakness, followed by blood stasis inslow creaky meridians in the formation of blood stasis. It is generallyaccepted that Chinese drugs for supplementing qi, activating bloodprescription preparation can effectively improve the senile disease of qideficiency and blood stasis syndromeObjective：To investigate the effect of Fuyuan Capsule on vWF、t-PA、PAI of ratswith Qi deficiency and blood stasis. To study the effect of Fuyuan Capsuleon prethrombotic state rats and its mechanism.Methods:Using SD rats as the object of study, were randomly divided into theblank group（N）, model group（M）, Qishen Capsule group (QC), FuyuanCapsule low（F1）, medium（F2）, high dose group（F3）. Except the blank group, other groups were induced by exertion,starvation and cold. Madewith corresponding after the completion of the mould drug intervention andobservation.The content of the blood plasma PAI,t-PA and vWF weremeasured by ELISA.Results:vWF and PAI levels were higher in the model group than those in thenormal group.vWF and PAI were lower in the different dose FuyuanCapsule and Qishen group than those in the model group, and the effect ofFuyuan Capsule medium dose group was the most pronounced. t-PA levelin the model group was lower than that in the nomal group,t-PA washigher in the Fuyuan Capsule group and Qishen group than that in themodel group, and the effect of Fuyuan Capsule medium dose group was themost pronounced.Conclusion:1、 The t-PA、PAI、vWF of rats with Qi deficiency and blood stasishave obviously changed. t-PA decreased，PAI、vWF weresignificantly increased.2、 The blood rheology、t-PA、PAI and vWF of rats with Qi deficiencyand blood stasis have obviously changed. These reflected that ratswith Qi deficiency and blood stasis was in a prothrombotic state. 3、 Compared with Qishen Capsule，Fuyuan Capsule regulated thevWF、t-PA、PAI content balance more obviously. Maybe thisassociated with the modulation of VEC function mechanism.
