| Objective: (1) To explore the changes of symptoms, hemorheology, cardiac function and vasoactive substance in patients with Qi deficiency and Blood stasis. (2)Study the influence of Fuyuan capsule (FYC) treatment in patients with Qi deficiency and Blood stasis.Method: 60 cases with Qi deficiency and Blood stasis were divided into two groups,the treatment group(average age=68.22±8.37, n=30)and the control group(average age=68.25±8.54, n=30). Otherwise, a healthy control group was set up, which was composed of 20 health people (average age=38.22±9.68, n=20). The FYC was used for the treatment group, 5 pills, tid, po. The Yqfuyuan decoction (YQFYD) was used for the control group instead of FYC, 100ml, tid, po. After the course of treatment for 1 month, scores of symptoms(by integral test), indexes of hemorheology(by capillary method) and cardiac function(by color doppler ultrasonic examination), value of vasoactive substances(NO was tested by nitric-reductive assay, ET, TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1αwere tested by radioimmunoassay) were tested. All these data were compared with that of pretherapy, and the pretherapy data were compared with the healthy group. Electrocardiogram (ECG), blood routine, urine routine, fecal occult blood, liver function and renal function were tested before and after treatment, which were the safety indexes.Results: (1)The indexes of hemorheology (including HSRV,MSRV,LSRV,PV,EET and EAI ) in patients with Qi deficiency and Blood stasis were higher than that in healthy control group(P<0.05); Cardiac function indexes (including EF, SV, CO and CI) in control group and treatment group were lower than those in the healthy group(P<0.05); NO, 6-keto-PGF1αin the two groups were lower than those in the healthy group(P<0.01 or P<0.05), ET,TXB2 in the two groups were higher than those in the healthy group(P<0.01 or P<0.05). (2) After treatment of FYC for 1 month, all the indexes above in the control group and treatment group were significantly improved(p<0.05 or P<0.01), the integration of symptoms were descend (P < 0.01), the values of ET, TXB2 were descend(P<0.01), and the values of NO, 6-keto-PGF1αwere increased (P<0.01). (3)The clinical curative effects were no significant variability between control group and treatment group (P>0.05). (4) Toxicity and side effects were not found in treatment group and control group by observation on clinical symptoms and safety indexes.Conclusion: (1) The indexes of hemorheology in patients with Qi deficiency and Blood stasis were significant higher than those of healthy people, their cardiac function were lower than the healthy people, and their vasoactive substances were abnormal. (2)Fuyuan capsule can lessen symptoms, reduce blood viscosity,enhance cardiac function in the patients, and adjust vasoactive substances in patients with Qi deficiency and Blood stasis. (3)Compared with YQFYD, the clinical curative effects of FYC in patients with Qi deficiency and Blood stasis is no significant variability. (4)There is no toxicity and side effects found in this experiment, so FYC is security for patients with Qi deficiency and Blood stasis. |
