Retirement health technicians are "highly educated,high title and high quality,high contribution" of the "four high" group,is an important part of social intelligence resources,is the national medical and health science and technology progress and education development of the participants and the devotees.They generally in retirement is not satisfied with spending there remaining years in comfort.All these characteristics make the elderly health human resources development has the realistic meaning.At present,with the acceleration of population aging in our country development,human resources for health ageing speed has been accelerated.In this case,to multi-level retirement health technical personnel's ability to develop or recycling,there will be a willingness to continue to play a waste heat of retirement health technical personnel to mobilize,through the design of incentive mechanism,maximize its special features and advantages,not only can improve the self protection ability,enrich their spiritual life,also can make up for the shortage of the amount of medical professionals demand in China,the medical and health undertakings and social and economic development as well as the aging population problem has a positive role in promoting.This paper combed the retirement health technical personnel ability to reuse the literatures at home and abroad,analyzed the hospital retirement health technical personnel ability to reuse the necessity and feasibility of KR hospital all 378 retired health technical personnel as the research object,by adopting the combination of qualitative research and quantitative research methods,through field investigation and statistical analysis,found that only 32.3% of the respondents who participated in the reemployment,comprehensive analysis combined with case interview situation do further found that restricting the hospital retirement health technical personnel ability to reuse the main factors including the concept of social constraints,their own limitations,the administrative department of public health importance is not enough,lack of necessary public service platform,etc.In view of these adverse factors is proposed in this paper to implement flexible retirement system and elastic retirement system,establishing the retirement health technical personnel information and talent market operational stronger,some countermeasures and Suggestions for reference.
