| Background:Professor Han Yanhua, who was born into a Chinese medicine family,is the fourth generation descendant of the Longjiang gynecology genre Han.She loved the Chinese medicine industry since childhood by the influence of her family.At present,with profound knowledge and superb medical skills,she have been a Chinese medicine practitioner for almost forty years.She is one of the first national academic heirs of famous and senior Chinese medicine practitioners in China and she is renowned as a Chinese medicine practitioners in Heilongjiang province.Based on "the theory of liver and kidney" and "the same diseases with different treatments,treating different diseases with identical therapies"which was founded by her father professor Han bailing,she combined her own clinical practices with her father’s theories,received modern medical knowledges and kept making progress in the exploration in the past decades.She has formed her own unique understanding of the theories and characteristic clinical experiences.Objective:The thesis means to study the drug laws that my supervisor professor Han Yanhua treats infertility so as to provide references for the Chinese herbal therapies in the fields of infertility.These are in favor of not only inherit and develop academic ideas and experiences which made by Chinese medicine practitioners,but also show great realistic significance to the Chinese medicine.Methods:By following the visits of professor Han Yanhua,this paper collected her recipes,papers,medical records.Then this thesis applied statistical analysis such as frequency analysis,cluster analysis so as to research professor Han Yanhua’s clinical experiences, typical features of the drugs and provide a reference for treatment of infertility through traditional Chinese medicine.Results:This paper has collected158medical cases in which Professor Han Yanhua treats infertility contains96drugs.The total frequency of drugs was2298. The research showed that there were32commonly used drugs,the drugs which were tonic took foremost parts.Secondly, the drugs contained herbs that move blood and regulate the Qi, herbs that clear heat and detoxify.At last, the paper summarized the drug therapy of infertility. |
