The Enlightenment Of Clinical Differentiation And Treatment Of Pulmonary Dysfunction (pulmonary Fibrosis) With Chinese Herbal Compound Prescriptions And Analysis Of The Rules Of Medication

Purpose: By sorting out and analyzing the data of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for the treatment of pulmonary impotence and pulmonary fibrosis,this paper explores the overall understanding of the pathogenesis,treatment principles,treatment methods and prescriptions of pulmonary impotence and pulmonary fibrosis by physicians,and analyses the commonly used compatibility and medication rules,so as to provide reference and basis for clinical differentiation and treatment of pulmonary fibrosis in the future.Material and method:Using CNKI,VIP,CBM,Wanfang Data Service Platform and Chinese Prescription Database as retrieval databases,the database of prescriptions for treating pulmonary impotence and pulmonary fibrosis were established respectively.Frequency analysis,frequency analysis and factor analysis were used to analyze the included prescriptions.To explore the physicians' overall understanding of the pathogenesis,treatment principle,treatment and prescription of pulmonary impotence,pulmonary fibrosis,and to explore the rules of drug use and commonly used compatibility by cluster analysis and correlation analysis.Results:A total of 84 Chinese herbal compound prescriptions for treating pulmonary impotence and 78 Chinese herbal compound prescriptions for treating pulmonary fibrosis were retrieved in this paper.Through the analysis of frequency and frequency of high frequency Chinese medicine,we know that in the treatment of pulmonary impotence,the most commonly used single Chinese medicine is licorice,Poria cocos,Platycodon grandiflorum,ginseng,Ophiopogon japonicus;in the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis,the more commonly used single Chinese medicine is astragalus,angelica,licorice,Ophiopogon japonicus,Codonopsis pilosula.According to the analysis results of frequency and efficacy of high frequency Chinese herbal medicine,the core of Chinese herbal medicine prescriptions for treating pulmonary impotence and pulmonary fibrosis is Qi-tonifying drugs.According to the analysis of frequency and frequency of meridian tropism of high frequency traditional Chinese medicine,the traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for treating pulmonary impotence or pulmonary fibrosis are mainly composed of two meridians,namely,meridian tropism of lung and spleen.According to the analysis of the frequency and frequency of the four Qi of high frequency Chinese medicine,we know that in the compound prescription of Chinese medicine for treating pulmonary impotence,the warm,calm and cold drugs are more commonly used;in the compound prescription of Chinese medicine for treating pulmonary fibrosis,the flat,warm and slightly cold drugs are more commonly used.According to the analysis results of frequency and frequency of Five Herbs in high frequency Chinese medicine,sweet,bitter and bitter herbs are commonly used in the treatment of pulmonary impotence and pulmonary fibrosis.Through factor analysis,we know that in the treatment of pulmonary impotence and pulmonary fibrosis,the prescription mostly embodies warming yang,invigorating qi,nourishing yin,tonifying blood,resolving phlegm,relieving cough and promoting blood circulation,which embodies the treatment principle of tonifying deficiency and reducing excess,and then reflects the basic pathogenesis of deficiency and excess.Conclusion:Based on the data analysis of Chinese medicine compound prescriptions for treating pulmonary impotence and pulmonary fibrosis,it is concluded that the pathogenesis of pulmonary fibrosis is deficiency of yang-qi or deficiency of yin-blood,and the pathogenic factors are phlegm and blood stasis;the treatment of deficiency of lung and spleen is based on the principle of tonifying deficiency and reducing excess,and the treatment methods of warming yang,tonifying qi,nourishing yin,tonifying blood,resolving phlegm,stopping cough and promoting blood circulation are mostly used.It is treated with traditional Chinese medicine of sweet,bitter,bitter,warm,calm and cold nature.
