Efficacy Observation On The Treatment Of Chronic Hepatitis B Virus Carriers By Bushenjiedu Decoction

Purpose： To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine compound in treatingChronic hepatitis B virus carriers,by the effect of Bushen Jiedu Decoction on Chronichepatitis B virus carriers as the entry point。Method： As a subject of study of68patients with Chronic hepatitis B virus carrierswere randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group（45cases）was treatedwith Bushen Jiedu Decoction, and the control group（23cases）was treated with Inosinetablets and Vitamin C tablets. After the treatment of24weeks, to observe the improvementin patients following as: clinical symptom, biochemical indicators, Pathogen indicators,quality of life and so on.Results：After the treatment of24weeks, the total efficiency in the experimentalgroup was35.56%, which was higher than in the control group4.35%. Statistically, therewas difference between the two groups (P<0.05). The experimental group was significantlybetter than the control group in improving clinical symptom, and anti-viral response rate,which were statistically differences (P<0.05). The improvement of QOL is statisticallysignificant differences in Physical Functioning, Role Physical,Vitality, Social Functioning，Mental Health;In the HBV-DNA negative rate, HBeAg negative rate and HBeAg/HBeAbconversion rate, the experimental group was higher than the other, but in addition to thetwo group of HBV-DNA decline>2lg P <0.05, with statistical significance difference at24week, It had no statistic difference(P>0.05).Conclusion： The treatment method of Bushen Jiedu Decoction is safe and effectivein clinical applications of Chronic hepatitis B virus carriers, the syndrome of Liver andKidney Yin Deficiency, and Damp Toxin intrinsic certificate, not only in improving the symptoms of the patients, enhancing anti-viral response rate, but also in improving qualityof life of patients.
