The Clinical Study Of Fengfangtuiyouyin Joint ALA-PDT Treating Verruca Plana And Its Influence On The Group Of T Cells

Objective:To observe the clinial effect of Fengfangtuiyouyin joint ALA-PDT treatingverruca plana and explore the influence on the group of T cells.Method:Clinical Research:43cases of verruca plana are randomized into two groups，the treatment group(Fengfangtuiyouyin joint ALA-PDT group)and controlgroup(ALA-PDT group).during the4-week treatment course,observeing the clinial curativeeffect and the adverse reaction of two groups, observe the recurrence rate and the changeof the level on group of T cells before and after treatment between the two groups.Results：Clinical curative effect: Total effectiveness of two group are100%; Cure ratewas90.91%in treatment group and85.71%in control group, the treatment group cure rateslightly higher than those in the control group, the difference was not statisticallysignificant (P>0.05); Treatment frequencies of treatment group is obviously less than thecontrol group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); After3months offollow-up, the recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than thecontrol group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Laboratory test, beforethe treatment, two groups of CD8~+level are higher than the normal control group, CD4~+,CD4~+/CD8~+are below normal control group (P<0.05); After treatment, the CD8~+levelof treatment group has dropped significantly, and the CD4~+, CD4~+/CD8~+level haveincreased obviously, all have statistically significant (P<0.05); Before and aftertreatment,the CD4~+, CD8~+, CD4~+/CD8~+level of control group has not seen the changesignificantly (P﹥0.05); After treatment, the CD8~+levels of treatment group is lower thanthose of the control group, the level of CD4~+, CD4~+/CD8~+is higher than those in thecontrol group, the difference was statistically significant (P﹤0.05). Conclusion: The clinical curative effect of Fengfangtuiyouyin joint ALA-PDTtreating verruca plana is accurate, it can obviously reduce treatment Treatment time anddecrease the recurrence rate.its mechanism may be concerned with the adjustment on thelevel of T cells in the body.
