| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of ChuYouDecoction joined catgut-embe-dding in treatment of verruca plana blood stasis,and study the level of peripheral blood Tlymphocyte subsets in patients before and after treatment,explore its therapeuticmechanism.Methods:60patients were randomly divided into2groups. The cure group,ChuYouDecoction was for oral and topical use, joined catgut-embedding; the control group,ChuYouDecoction was also for oral and topical use. Recombinant human interferon α-2bgel (You Jingan) was for all patients. After six courses, observe the clinical efficacy, andstudy the level of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in all patientsbefore and aftertreatment.Results: The cure rate of the cure group and the control group was70%and50%,but it had no statistical significance (P>0.05). The total effective rate of the bothgroups was93.33%and73.33%,the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Aftertreatment, the level of peripheral CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ratio of the both grouos rose, andCD8+reduced, but it had statistically significance between the two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion: ChuYouDecoction joined catgut-embedding and only ChuYouDecoctionboth had better clinical curative effect on treatment of verruca plana, but the cure groupwas obviously better than the control group(P<0.05). Its therapeutic mechanism mayimprove the cellular immune function of patients. |
