The Clinical Research Of Shenqi Dihuang Decoction To Treat Syndrome Of Deficiency Of Qi And Yin In Early And Middle Stage Of CRF

Objective:To explor the effective treatment of early and metaphase in CRF,accordingthe pathogenesis characteristics of spleen and kidney deficiency of both qi and Yin, putforward the treatment of supplementing qi and nourishing yin, promoting blood circulationand dehumidification, protocol the prescription of ShenqidihuangTang. Research throughthe cinical observation. Methods:60patients with CRF in early and metaphase wererandomly divided into treatment group and control group with30patients each.Thepatients in treatment group were gaven ShenqidihuangTang. The patients in control groupwere gaven Compound α-Ketoacid Tablets.After8weeks,test the laboratory data of allpatients and observe the change of syndrome. Results:The prescription can effectivelyimprove symptom and signs of CRF patients,obviously reduce the urinary protein, urinaryred cell,SCR, blood β2-MG. and improve renal function.The total efficiency was83.33%and obviously better than control group. Conclusion: ShenqidihuangTang show a goodrole to improve microcirculation, recovery renal function.It’s a effective prescription totreat CRF..
