The Study Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Integrated Scheme In Treating Acute Ischemic Stroke

Objective：Through previous research, screening and the setting of acute ischemic strokeChinese medicine comprehensive treatment program and clinical validation and extension,to regulate the stroke clinical diagnosis, assessment of Integrated TCM therapy on patientswith neurologic impairment, disability and impact the quality of life and health economicsindexes.Methods: According to the inclusion criteria for the choice of550cases of acuteischemic stroke patients, with completely random method is divided into treatment groupand control group, treatment group with acute ischemic stroke in complex treatment oftraditional Chinese medicine, the control group using conventional western medicinetreatment, the treatment lasted for28days, respectively, in the treatment of first,7,14,28and60days through the NIHSS, ADL, SFMA, MMSE, SS-QOL index of patients wereobserved to improve the situation.Result：Two groups of TCM syndrome integral, NIHSS,FMA, ADL, MMSE, SS-QOL score before and after treatment were improved.Grouptherapy in clinical curative effect, symptom score, motor function (FMA) severity,activities were superior to those in control group.In treatment group, the total drug costswere lower than the control group.Conclusion：Integrated traditional Chinese medicinetherapy in clinical symptoms, neurological deficits, motor function, activities of dailyliving ability, cognitive ability and life quality are satisfactory, with a minimum investmentto achieve the best treatment, worthy of promotion and application.
