Objective: the study observes inhibiting proliferation and inducting apoptosis effectof nanometer realgar on human skin squamous cell carcinoma A431cell, and explore themechanism of nanometer realgar inducing the human skin squamous cell carcinoma A431apoptosis.Methods: the vitro cell experiment mainly used MTT colorimetric method, cellmorphological observation method, flow cytometric, and RT-PCR to observe themechanism of nanometer realgar inducing human skin squamous cell carcinoma cell lineA431apopotosis and inhibiting proliferation.Results: nanometer realgar induce cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma A431cellapoptosis and inhibit proliferation; and its effects increase with the the nanometer realgarconcentration increased; nanometer realgar and cisplatin in combination have synergisticeffect.Conclusion: nanometer realgar can play an anti-tumor effect by inducing tumor cellapoptosis and inhibit proliferation; clinical combined application of nanometer realgar andcisplatin may produce a synergistic effect; the mechanism of nanometer realgar induceapoptosis of tumor cells may be related to the increase of caspase-3expression anddownregulation of the expression of Survivin.
