Skin Cancer-related Literature Review And The Study On The Intervention Of The Expression Of P53Bcl-2in A431by Nanometer Realgar

Objective: The study observes "Nanometer Realgar" curative effect to patients ofsquamous cell carcinoma (SCC) and the mechanism of inducing the apoptosis of humanskin squamous cell carcinoma A431. Methods: in this experimental, mainly usedimmunohistochemical and RT-PCR to observe the mechanism of inducing the apopotosisof "Nanometer Realgar"to human skin squamous cell carcinoma cell line A431. Results:Nanometer Realgar can significantly induce the apoptosis of human skin squamous cellcarcinoma cell line A431by raising the level of P53and reducing the level of Bcl-2.Conclusion: Nanometer Realgar can induce tumor cell apoptosis ways to antitumorfunction, and combination therapy with DDP can produce synergy.
