Objective:To test the discusses meningioma organization apoptosis suppressor genes (livin) and1O on chromosome missing phosphatase and tension protein similar things (PTEN) expression of relationship and significance as well as with clinical pathology, aggressive influence relationship, for looking for meningioma new clinical treatment to provide the basis. Methods:select line meningioma surgical resection of fresh meningioma specimens in63cases, application S-P immunohistochemistry PTEN gene detection and livin protein in the63cases meningiomas and10cases of trauma patients from normal dural tissue of expression, choose rank correlation analysis of the results. Results:1in10cases of normal pten dural organization in8cases of weak positive (+),2cases were negative (), in63patients with meningioma organization negative () in5patients, and positive express54cases, weak positive (+)18cases, positive (++)(16), and strong positive (+++)20cases, in malignant meningioma is expressed in1. Normal dural organization express significantly higher than pten meningioma organization, the difference was statistically significant (P=0.000<0.05).(2) in10cases of normal livin dural organization1cases of weak positive (+),9cases were negative (). In63patients with meningioma organization negative ()26cases, positive express32cases, weak positive (+)0example, positive (++)10cases, strong positive (++ +)22cases. Especially in malignant meningioma in full expression. Meningioma livin significantly higher than normal expression of dural, difference was statistically significant (P=0.000<0.05).(3) in the experiment, the pten in malignant meningioma tissue of positive expression rate was8.3%(1/12), livin in malignant meningioma tissue of positive expression rate was100%(12/12), both in the expression in meningioma organization with age, sex, tumor size have nothing to do with clinical classification and whether the lymph node metastasis. Conclusion:(1) Livin protein in malignant meningioma tissue of expression rate was100%(12/12), in normal meningioma organization are weak positive or don’t express, both significant difference, they are statistically significant (P<0.05); In this meningioma organization, and the expression of Livin to the clinical stages, lymph node metastasis were significantly related (P<0.05);(2) the PTEN proteins in malignant meningioma tissue of expression rate was8.3%(1/12), in normal meningeal organization expression rate is80%, both have statistically significant (P<0.05); In this meningioma, the PTEN gene expression and age, size and has nothing to do, and the clinical stages, organization classification, lymph node metastasis were significantly related (P<0.05); Livin in malignant meningioma organization of abnormal high expression, and low PTEN protein expression, both expression is a significant negative correlation (a=0.316, P<0.05).(3) conclusion:Livin and may be for malignant pten pten meningioma of important diagnostic and prognostic index and gene therapy new targets.
