| Objective:According to hepatitis—cirrhosis—hepatocellular carcinoma of the natural course trilogy chronic liver disease, decompensated cirrhosis of the liver stage prognosis is poor, and treatment the effect not beautiful, up to now rare system treatment of long-term follow-up report, combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment more did not see the long-term follow-up literature. The objective of this paper is the application is to remove the liver to the treatment is given priority to, and carry on the long-term follow-up, so as to explore the combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment decompensated cirrhosis of the effective way.Zheng Gan Hua Yu Fang is a treating cirrhosis experience medical prescription of professor DaGuo Yang in Chinese medicine basic theory. It not only can improve immunity role and eliminate blood stasis, but also can clearing heat and removing toxicity. It can prevent inflammation and liver fiber excessive proliferation process for mechanism to dissolve fibre, prevent and treatment of liver cell regeneration nodules, restore liver function as the goal, and eventually decompensated cirrhosis of the liver stage prognosis and improve the quality of life. This report is about the treatment of the object long-term follow-up by observed, to validate the effective cure function of Zheng Gan Hua Yu Fang treating cirrhosis.Metohod:Through to HongMei Zhang treatment of advanced cirrhosis follow-up data continue to follow-up in2006, and cases of the Third People’s Hospital of Shenzhen was collected form liver disease medicine inpatient form January2004—December2005with decompensated hepatic cirrhosis.50cases in total, was treated with the Zheng Gan Hua Yu Fang and symptomatic treatment, and was followed up for6years. According to the requirement of experimental design, collected data and made the comparison by using relevant statistical methods.Result:1. After treatment,significant effective rates and total effect-tive rates Increased year after year.Significant effective rates was73.2%, total effective rates was92.7%.2. After treatment, the regular rate of ALT, AST, TBIL, AFP, PTA increases year by year.3. The portal vein and the splenic thickness were not significant difference in statistics between the before treating and after treating in the first year (P>0.01). There was unusual significant difference in statistics between the before treating and one year after treating (P<0.01) form the secongd to the sixth year (P<0.01).4. After treatment, the complications ascites, upper gast-rointestinal bleeding, infection, hepatic encephalopathy, the occurrence of electrolytes disturbance had diminished. Hospital reason in the ascites, upper gastrointestinal bleeding is given priority to, after treatment, the number of hospital down gradually.5. From the first years, the survival rate were unusual significant differences between follow-up group and natural survival group (P<0.05); From the fifth years, the survival rate were unusual significant differences between follow-up group and Western medicine treatment group (P<0.05).6. Primary liver cancer cause death toll were unusual significant differences between follow-up group and literature group (P<0.05).Liver failure、gastrointestinal bleeding、acute myocardial infarction、infection cause death toll were no significant differences between follow-up group and literature group (P>0.05).7. The cost of follow-up treatment group less than reported in the literature related.Conclusion:Zheng Gan Hua Yu Fang can significantly improve hepatic liver biochemical index, reduce the inflammation of the liver cells and reduce complications, reduce the number of patients in hospital, reduce the economic burden patients, slow further damage the liver tissue structure. Through the research we found that long-term use of Zheng Gan Hua Yu Fang, can dramatically reduce the AFP level, and greatly reduce the morbidity and mortality of liver cancer. |
