| Objective:This clinical observation was designed to observe and evaluate the curative effect of Jia-wei-si-ni-san united rabeperazole treatment of non-erosive reflux disease (NERD) which was the type of Gan Wei Bu He. To compared with the control group (rabeprazole), explore Jia-wei-si-ni-san treatment of non-erosive reflux disease mechanism.Methods:1. Select treatment in March2010—June201164cases of NERD patients of Hubei Province, Chinese medicine hospital gastroenterology clinic, All patients were in line with the October2006Consensus on diagnostic criteria of gastroesophageal reflux disease, TCM disharmony of liver and evidence. Randomly allocation method divided into observation group (Jia-wei-si-ni-san united rabeperazole) and the control group (rabeprazole), all32cases. Two groups of NERD patients, clinical data was no significant difference (P>0.05), comparable. The control group was given rabeprazole10mg bid plus the observation group in the control group on the basis of taking I tutor experience side Jia-wei-si-ni-san:Bupleurum12g, dried tangerine peel,15g, Fructus15g, white peony root15g, Atractylodes15g skullcap15g,Cuttlebone30g,Evodia6g,Coptis6g, Ginger Pinellia10g, the Amomum6g, dandelion15g, Baked Licorice6g, subtraction with the disease. The two groups the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the synthetic effect of the observation group than the control group.2. After treatment, the RDQ points in patients with pre-treatment differences were statistically significant (P<0.01), observation and control groups can improve the clinical symptoms; After treatment, patients with RDQ points difference was statistically significant (P<0.01RDQ points) in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group. 3. After treatment, the six month follow-up, the recurrence rate was21.88%in the observation group, the recurrence rate was43.75%in the control group, two recurrence rate difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), long-term efficacy of the observation group than the control group.Conclusion:This clinical observation, Jia-wei-si-ni-san with the comprehensive therapeutic effect of rabeprazole in NERD patients, the improvement of long-term efficacy are better than that of western medicine group. The mechanism may be related to the following aspects:1. Promote gastrointestinal peristalsis and accelerate gastrointestinal emptying, and enhance gastrointestinal motility;2.inhibit gastric acid secretion,reduce stomach acid reflux and bile reflux;3.anti-inflammatory antibacterial;4. analgesic and sedative effect;5.enhance immune function. |
