Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Threatened Abortion Of Kidney-deficiency Type With Chinese Traditional Decoction Bushen Antai Yin

Objective:To observe curative effects of treatment of threatened abortion of Kidney-deficiency type with Chinese traditional decoction Bushen Antai Yin by observing curative effects, scores of clinical symptomsthe, serum levels of HCG and P. To explore the the mechanisms and the related factors affecting the curative effects, to provide a new and safe way on treatment of threatened abortion of Kidney-deficiency type.Methods:(1)Randomly select70cases of hospitalized patients meeting the research standards in Chinese medicine hospital of Hubei province for clinical observation during the period from June2009to February2012.70patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups for all35cases.(2)The control group treated with20milligrams of progesterone, im, once daily,2000U of HCG, im, once every other day. The treatment group treated with Bushen Antai Yin, twice a day. Two groups were treated for10days. Two groups of patients should rest in bed during the treatment period,not to have sex and to have adequate nutritional support. Nervous patients were given psychological support treatment.(3)Monitor two groups of patients with BBT, B-mode ultrasound according to the development of the embryo (fetus), Dynamicly detect the serum levels of HCG and P at the same time. Closely observe Clinical symptoms of two groups of patients about vaginal bleeding volume, lower abdominal distenting pain, waist soreness and distenting pain, soreness and weakness of waist and knees, dizziness and fatigue, frequent micturition at night and tongue manifestation and pulse manifestation before and after the treatment. According to the quantitative criteria of Clinical symptoms to score.(4)Establish a database to analysis Data. Using the statistical software SPSS19.0for statistical analysis,calculating P values. P<0.05as statistically significant criteria. Analysis whether there was a statistical significance on clinical efficacy, total scores of clinical symptoms, individual symptom scores, the serum levels of HCG and P between2groups of patients after treatment, whether there was a statistical significance on clinical efficacy between patients in different ages, gestational ages, numbers of abortions, vaginal bleeding time,analysising the correlative factors influencing the clinical efficacy.Results:(1)The comparison of clinical efficacy:In the treatment group,14cases were cured,12cases markedly effective,5cases effective and4cases ineffective, with a total effective rate of88.57%, and in the control group,6cases were cured,12cases markedly effective,9cases effective and8cases ineffective, with a total effective rate of77.14%. the total effective rate of treatment group, is higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).(2)Comparison of total scores of clinical symptoms:After treatment, the total score of clinical symptoms between the two groups was statistically different (P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group.(3)Comparison of individual symptom scores:After treatment, the individual symptom scores between the two groups in lower abdominal distenting pain, waist soreness and distenting pain,frequent micturition in night, tongue manifestation and pulse manifestation there was a significant difference(P<0.05), in soreness and weakness of knees, dizziness and tinnitus there was a significant difference (P<0.01), the treatment group was better than the control group.(4)Comparison of the serum levels of HCG:After treatment, the serum levels of HCG between the two groups was statistically different (P<0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group.(5)Comparison of the serum levels of P:After treatment, the serum levels of P between the two groups was statistically different (P<0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group.(6)The clinical efficacy between patients in different ages, vaginal bleeding time were statistically different (P<0.05), in different gestational ages, numbers of abortions were not tstatistically different (P>0.05).Conclusion:The self-drafted Chinese traditional decoction Bushen Antai Yin is effective in treating threatened abortion of Kidney-deficiency type.It can significantly improve the clinical signs and symptoms. Compared with injections of progesterone and human chorionic gonadotropin Bushen Antai Yin was more effective with fewer side effects,deserving the clinical expansion application.
