Objective:idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura is an autoimmune bleeding disorder, severe can be life threatening, the immune mechanism is to produce anti-plateletantibodies in the serum, at present, the various studies that idiopathic thrombocytopenicpurpura, mainly arising from an increase in antibody-mediated platelet destruction in thereticuloendothelial system. Recently with the progress of the study, found that the cellularimmune dysfunction plays an important role in its pathogenesis, especially the T helpercell (Th) subsets Th1/Th2dynamic equilibrium involving a number of immune response, balance is broken, it may lead to various autoimmune diseases, the level of the studythrough the determination of the onset of ITP patients and alleviate Th1/Th2cytokines,and normal adults as controls, to explore of Th1and of Th2in idiopathicthrombocytopenic purpura in patients with peripheral expression of the blood to lookforward to reveal its role in ITP pathogenesis mechanism for the treatment of clinicalevidence. Methods: detected by ELISA in patients with ITP before treatment, aftertreatment and normal control peripheral blood IFN-gamma, IL-4in order to reflect theTh1/Th2level. Results: Before treatment of Th1, Th2cell percentages were lower thanthe control group, while the Th1/Th2ratio was higher, the difference was significant (P<0.05); high dose immunoglobulin and dexamethasone pulse therapy. The platelet countrose of Th1/Th2ratio decreased, there was significant difference compared with beforetreatment (P<0.05). Conclusion: ITP platelet treatment group compared with beforetreatment was significantly increased, of Th1/Th2decreased, a significant differencecompared with before treatment, was negatively correlated with platelet count andTh1/Th2values; in the peripheral blood T cell subsets in the proportion of patients withITP disorders, ITP patients, elevated in vivo Th1/Th2ratio, suggesting that idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura is a Th1advantage disease.
