Objective: To discuss the diagnosis value of diffusion weighted imaging for earlyspondylocace in rabbits. Methods: Animal models of spondylocace Divided into infec-tion group and control group, they were established by operation, then Animals wereexamined with X-ray、CT、common MRI and DWI at4weeks,6weeks,8weeks,10weeks.experimental rabbits put to death will do pathology after10weeks, rabbits that Pathologyproven TB infection Will fight acid coli positive MRI DWI do retrospective study, Willthe postoperative4,6,8weeks of ADC values use F-test,to ariance analysis. Results:The spondylocace model was successfully established in rabbits. They vertebra gap hasnot seen the narrow at4,6,8weeks; they were appear unuaual signal by DWI at6weeks;ADC values of lesions vertebral was higher than normal vertebral(P <0.05). Conclusion:DWI has high signal, and increased ADC values in early spondylocace in rabbits,It hasapplication of the early spondylocace in rabbits by diffusion weighted imaging.
