Clinical Observation And Analysis Of Bone Marrow Suppression After Chemotherapy Of Gynecologic Malignancies

Objective: Explore gynecological cancer chemotherapy induced severe bone marrow suppression in patients with treatment.Methods: Summary and Analysis of63cases of patients with gynecologic malignancies78cases/â…£ myelosuppression due to chemotherapy-induced treatment of gynecological cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, Cancer Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Regiongynecological2010-2012.Results:8cases/patients, bone marrow function in5to14days, returned to normal, with an average of seven days.17cases/infection of patients after the use of antibiotics in body temperature returned to normal by the comparative study found that prophylactic antibiotics in patients, seven cases of infection without prophylactic antibiotics group of10cases of infection, the infection rate was14.29%,34.49%,P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant (P=0.037). Stratified analysis results: in the case group and control group, preventive use of antibiotics in reducing infection rates, including60-year-old patient group there was significant difference, P <0.05;5kinds of chemotherapy was no significant difference in reducing infection rates, P>0.05; multiple chemotherapy, there was significant difference in reducing infection rates (P <0.05); bone marrow suppression from0to4days of recovery time group5to9days group infection was not found in the case group and control group significant difference, P <0.05.Conclusion: Timely detection of â…£myelosuppression in patients after chemotherapy, to take timely protective isolation, the use of(G-CSF) in patients with bone marrow suppression,-11, nutrition, blood transfusion, positive prophylactic use of antibiotics, infection prevention, supportrecovery and the completion of the chemotherapy treatment after comprehensive treatment can effectively improve bone marrow inhibition, patients with chemotherapy, especially high-risksusceptible populations of several chemotherapy, age>60years of age, use of prophylactic antibiotics in reducing infection rates has significantsexual clinical significance.
