Objective: To search for pharmacognosy, flavonoids from the seeds of SophoraAlopecuroides L. in Xinjiang. Methods: Pharmacognosy of these seeds identified bymicroscope. Compounds were extracted by back streaming method, isolated by macroporousadsorption resin, polyamide column chromatography and sephadex LH-20, recrystallization.Structures were identified by spectroscopic method including1H-NMR,13C-NMR, HMQC,HMBC. Determined content of7,3’-dihydroxy flavanone-4’-0-β-D-glucopyranoside byHPLC. Results: These seeds have the seed capsule palisade cells, have the pillar cells, havethe parenchyma cells, have the endosperm cells, have the aleurone grains and have the crystalof calcium oxalate. There is a chemical constituent isolated from ethyl acetate solvation ofethanol extraction(2-hydroxyl-2-p-acrinyl-1,4-succinic acid(3-dehydroxyl piscidicacid))(Ⅰ) and a constituent from n-butanol solvation of ethanol extraction(rutin)(Ⅱ), twokinds of constituents from water extraction(3’,4’-dihydroxy isoflavones-7-0-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅲ),7,3’-dihydroxy flavanone-4’-0-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅳ)).Recovery of7,3’-dihydroxy flavanone-4’-0-β-D-glucopyranoside was100.57%,RSD=1.5%(n=9). Conclusions: These four compounds are obtained for the first time from theseeds of Sophora Alopecuroides L. of XinJiang. The contents of7,3’-dihydroxyflavanone-4’-0-β-D-glucopyranoside is5.36mg/g. |
