Study On Alkaloids Constituents Of Sophora Alopecuroides And Quality Control Of Materia Madica

Objective: Study on alkaloids constituents of Sophora alopecuroides and qualitycontrol of Materia Madica.Methods: Using the heating reflux extraction method,thantreated with acid and alkali, silica gel chromatography and semi-preparative method forseparation of alkaloids. Moisture, total ash and acid insoluble ash of10different areas`sSophora Alopecuroides from different areas were determined, TLC and HPLC methodswere used to identify and assay for Oxymatrine and Oxysophocarpine.Result:Oxymatrine(Ⅰ),sophoridine(Ⅱ), Oxysophocarpine(Ⅲ),sophocarpine(Ⅳ), matrine(Ⅴ)were separated from choloform extraction. Content limits of moisture, total ash and acidinsoluble ash for Sophora Alopecuroides were determined, Alkaloid TLC identificationmethod,HPLC determination method for Oxymatrine and Oxysophocarpine wasestablished.Conclusion: The subject of the alkaloids extraction and separation wasobtained for5compounds, study on quality control by the materia madica,for extractionand separation of alkaloids from Sophora alopecuroides and quality control for medicinalresearch to provide a scientific basis.
