The levels of serum NSE in patients of different T stages(Tl and T3) was significantly different (P<0.05),but there’s same level in patients with the different pathological N stages(P>0.05).Conclusions Preoperative detection of the serum concentration of CEA and CYFRA21-1has important clinical significance on the accurate judgment of tumor staging in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(particularly N staging), to help choose more reasonable treatments to patients. | Keywords/Search Tags: | non-small lung cancer, pathological staging, carcinoembryonieantigen, cytokeratin19fragements, neu-ron-specific enolase | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
