Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Reperfusion Trauma after Thrombolysis in Acute Myocardial Infarction of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrometreated with Danhong Injection.Methods:All60patients of Reperfusion Trauma after Thrombolysis in Acute Myocardial Infarction were randomly divided into two groups, including the treatment group(n=30) and the control group(n=30). Each group contains30cases. The control group accepted western medicine only, while the treatment group accepted Danhong Injection in additional except the same medicine in the control group. Each course of the treatment lasted7days. Observed the index as followed: the incidence of arrhythmia&adverse reaction, the changes of NT-Pro-BNP, cTnl, CK-MB&Hs-CRP and the remission of thoracic pain.Results:1st, the incidence of arrhythmia in the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group after thrombolysis within3h (P<0.05).2nd, after thrombolysis, it was found that the incidence of angina and heart failure were lower in the treatment group than the control group, but it showed no difference between these two groups (P>0.05). During hospitalization, both groups were neither death nor re-myocardial infarction.3rd, after thrombolysis, it showed that CK-MB, cTnI peak concentration, onset to peak time and recovery time were different between these two groups(p <0.05).4th, it was different in both groups before and after thrombolysis on the changes of BNP&Hs-CRP. And between these two groups, it also showed different on the changes of BNP&Hs-CRP.5th, the total effective rate of treatment group was96.7%, which was higher than the control groups(73.3%) and showed different between these two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Danhong Injection was likely to protect myocardium by the way of preventing cconary recanalization after ischemia-reperfusion injury, which could reduce the incidence of a;thythrnia, BN;’&Hs-CRP, and made the remission of thoracic pain more effectively.
