Objective: To investigate the six-stage assessment of hemiplegic recovery after stroke(Brunnstrom assessment)and the improvement of clinical symptoms after treatment by observing stroke activity index(Barthel index score),functional independent measurement(FIM score),and post-stroke hemiplegia recovery. The clinical effect of the menstruation method combined with rehabilitation training for patients with unfavorable limbs after stroke.Materials and Methods: This clinical observation was designed by a simple randomized,parallel-controlled method.Sixty patients with unfavorable strokes who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups by random envelope method,30 in each group, respectively labeled as treatment group. And the control group. The two groups of patients were given the same neurological department after routine stroke and unfavorable comprehensive treatment of limbs: standardize anti-platelet aggregation, reduce intracranial pressure, reduce lipid, control blood pressure and blood sugar, control group was given rehabilitation training;treatment group added well-hole connection on this basis The law is combined with rehabilitation training. Before and after treatment, the activity of daily living(Barthel index score),independent function test(FIM score),and post-stroke hemiplegia recovery(Brunnstrom assessment)were recorded and data were recorded. Results: There were no adverse reactions except the shedding data during the treatment.1.Before treatment, the two groups had no difference in age, gender, course of disease, activity of daily living(Barthel index score),independent function test(FIM score),and post-stroke hemiplegia recovery(Brunnstrom assessment).>0.05),the two groups are comparable.2.After treatment,14 cases were effective in the treatment of wells and acupuncture group,12 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective, the treatment rate was 92.85%,the effective rate was 50%,the effective rate was 42.86%,the inefficiency was 7.14%;the general rehabilitation group was effective 6 For example,15 cases were effective and 6 cases were ineffective. The treatment rate was 77.78%,the effective rate was 22.22%,the effective rate was 55.56%,and the inefficiency was 22.22%.3.Barthel index score after treatment. The data of the treatment group and the control group were tested by independent sample t test,t=8.505,P=0.00<0.05.The difference was statistically significant.Combined with data analysis, the Barthel index score of the acupuncture group was higher than that of the control group. It indicates that the acupuncture group is superior to the control group in improving the Barthel index score. Before and after treatment in the treatment group, the data of the two groups were paired t-test,t=-20.0894,P=0.00<0.05.The difference was statistically significant.Combined with the specific data analysis, the Barthel index score was significantly improved after treatment in the acupuncture group. Before and after treatment, the Barthel index scores were compared with the control group,t=-10.450,P=0.00<0.05.The difference was statistically significant.Combined with the specific data analysis, the Barthel index score was significantly improved after treatment.4.FIM score after treatment. The data of the treatment group and the control group were tested by independent sample t test,t=16.166,P=0.00<0.05.The difference was statistically significant.Combined with the specific data analysis, the FIM value of the control group was lower than that of the treatment group after treatment. It shows that the acupuncture group is superior to the control group in improving the effect of FIM.Before and after treatment, the data of the two groups were analyzed by paired t test,t=-22.913,P=0.00<0.05.The difference was statistically significant.Combined with the specific data analysis, the FIM value of the treatment group was significantly improved after treatment. Before and after treatment, the data of the two groups were paired t-test,t=-28.759,P=0.00<0.05.The difference was statistically significant.Combined with the specific data analysis, the FIM value of the control group was significantly improved after treatment.5.The Brunnstrom scores of the treatment group and the control group were compared. Before and after treatment, the data of the two groups were analyzed by rank sum test,Z=-4.886,P=0.00<0.05,the difference was statistically significant, combined with specific data analysis, treatment The post-treatment grade was higher than that before treatment, indicating that the treatment group was effective in improving the grade. Before and after treatment, the data of the two groups were tested by rank sum test,Z=-3.478,P=0.01<0.05.The difference was statistically significant.Combined with the specific data analysis, the control group was higher than the treatment before treatment, indicating that the control group It is effective to improve the grade.6.Comparison of overall efficacy after treatment: According to the rank sum test analysis,Z=-2.327,P=0.02<0.05,indicating that there were significant differences in the overall efficacy between the two groups, and the results were statistically significant. Conclusion: Both treatment methods can improve the limb malady of stroke patients and improve their quality of life. However, the clinical efficacy of well point menstruation combined with rehabilitation training can be more effective than simple rehabilitation training for the treatment of post-stroke limbs. The patient's physical condition is unfavorable and contributes to the unfavorable recovery of the patient's limb.
