PurposeTo assess the serum food antigen-specific lgG in patients with functional dyspepsia(FD),so as to investigate the role of food allergy in the development of functionaldyspepsia. To eliminate allergic food curative effect observation of functional dyspepsiatreated.Methods1.28FD patients fulfilling Rome Ⅲ criteria and20healthy volunteers were enrolled inthis study. Serum IgG for14common foods were determined by enzyme-linkedimmunosorbent assay (ELISA). Symptoms were assessed by questionnaire. The correlation ofserum food antigen·specific IgG and score of symptoms was analyzed.2.Food specific IgG antibody in patients with elevated FD, excluding food allergytreatment, removed after treatment for food allergy and intervention, effect evaluation.3.Cromolyn sodium intervention allergy food contact excluded. Will rise28cases sIgGpatients were randomly divided into two groups: group1: cromolyn sodium group,15caseswith oral cromolyn sodium.(20mg each time, four times a day, one week of treatment), GroupII: non-intervention group,13cases, not taking cromolyn sodium. After one week, patientswere once again eat food IgG antibody. Questionnaire before and after treatment. Re-assessthe patient’s clinical symptoms and quality of life integral changes.Results1.FD patients had significantly higher titers of IgG antibody to egg and soybeancompared with the healthy controls (P<0.05).2.The basis of food specific IgG antibody results in treatment of28cases of patients, excluding food allergies, symptoms of patients with FD frequency, severity decreased. 3.Cromolyn sodium after the intervention, again, the intake of food allergies, FDsymptom frequency and degree of integration, quality of life points than intake before againno significant difference; the intervention group patients, again, the intake of food allergies,FD symptoms of frequency and degree of integrationquality of life points than again, significant differences in the intake.Conclusions1.In FD,some food antigen-specific IgG levels were significantly elevated IgG-mediatedfood allergy may be one of the functional dyspepsia potential pathogenesis.2. According to the Food IgG levels, excluding certain food allergies, the treatment of FDis meaningful, worth promoting.3.cromolyn sodium can prevent food-specific IgG antibody-positive food-borne FDsymptoms and decline in the quality of life.
