Clinical Research On Yang Ming Dry Cold Cough Based On The Theory Of Five Yun And Six Qi

Object:This paper is aimed at treating Yang-ming Dry Gold cough with chai qin dao zhi san created by my mentor under the direction of yun qi theory,which have the function of promoting bowel movement,clearing away the lung fire and moisting dryness, and evaluating the safety of this formula as well. Through this research, it can provide a new concept for treatment based on syndrome differentiation and prescription.Methods:According to the rules of Five yun and Six qi theory in the year of Xin Mao and the characteristic of Yang-ming dry gold governs the Lord of the day, we recruit76pediatric outpatient who met the inclusion criteria.at the affiliated hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, from March to June Then,the participants were randomly assigned to two groups:The treatment group with38participants who take Chai qin dao zhi san. And the contrast group with38participants who use xiao er xiao ji zhi ke oral liquid orally. After five days’treatment, we evaluates the safety and curative effect of two groups.Results:both in treatment group and contrast group,36participants finish the trail. in treatment group,4are clinically cured (11.11%),27are excellent (75.00%),2are progressed (5.56%),3are invalid (8.33%),2cases dropped and the effective rate is91.67%. in the contrast group.1case is clinically cured (2.78%),20are excellent (55.56%),8are progressed (22.22%),6are invalid (19.44%),2fell off and the effective rate is80.56%. With SPSS18.0statistical software and using the nonparametric Mann-Whitney (M-W) test, the result shows that p=0.001,(p<0.05), according to this,we can draw a conclusion that the effect of Chai qin dao zhi san can for yanming dry gold cough is confirmed.furthermore is better than the contrast group. With less side effect.which is worth spreading.
