Studies On The Relationship Between Tcm Constitutional Types And C-Type Behavior In Ovarian Cancer Patients

Objective:Through the questionnaire survey of ovarian cancer patients,the correlation between the constitution of ovarian cancer patients and C-type behavior was explored,providing theoretical basis for guiding the daily behavior activities of ovarian cancer patients.Methods:On November 1,2015-November 30,2017 in the first hospital affiliated to Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine and the third affiliated hospital of Harbin Medical University(tumor hospital)included in the standard of 100 cases of health or sub-health and the study group and 100 patients with ovarian cancer,the basic situation,constitution,C-type behavior in the investigation.The score of patients’ basic data,TCM constitution and C-type behavior scale were recorded.According to the questionnaire,an excel database was established and input information was analyzed.Results:1.There was no significant difference in age,occupation,education and marital status between the case group and the control group(P>0.05)after statistical analysis.2.According to the investigation of TCM constitution of 200 participants,18%of Gentleness and 39%of the control group.Deficiency of Qi case group(16%),the control group(12%),Yang qualitative case group(24%),the control group(13%),there are significant differences,Yin qualitative case group(5%),control group 3%,phlegmy wet mass cases 7%,control group 5%,hot humid qualitative case group 6%,3%in the control group,blood stasis qualitative case group 10%,4%,qi depression cases 13%,control group 19%,great quality,and the intrinsic quality 1%,2%in the control group.The proportion of different constitutions in the case group was from high to low,which were:Yang deficiency>Gentleness>Qi deficiency>Qi Depression>Blood stasis>phlegm mass wet>hot humid>Yin deficiency>the intrinsic quality.There was a significant difference between the two groups in this study.The common constitution of ovarian cancer patients was Yang deficiency,followed by gentleness.Qi deficiency is slightly higher than other physical conditions,and the gap is not large.3.The scores of anxiety,depression,anger,anger(inward),control and other factors in ovarian cancer patients were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of social support and optimism factor was significantly lower than that of non-tumor group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the two groups in reasoning and anger(outward)scores.This indicates that ovarian cancer patients have C-type behavior or C-type behavior tendencies.4.There was a significant difference between the two hundred participants in the case group and the control group.There was no significant difference in total score between the two groups except Yang deficiency.The ovarian cancer group had a low level of optimism and social support and a high score of anger(inward).The positive deficiency and qi deficiency mainly have the characteristics of high score in depression and control.Calmness also scored higher on anxiety,anger and control.5.All factors of C-type behavior were compared in the case group and the control group,and there was no significant difference between them,indicating that none of them were closely related to C-type behavior.Conclusion:The common constitution of ovarian cancer patients is Yang deficiency,followed by calmness and qi deficiency.The proportion of peaceful matter composition was lower than that of healthy or sub-healthy people.Anxiety,depression,anger,anger(inward),control,and overall scores in C-type behavior are associated with ovarian cancer.Ovarian cancer patients have C-type or C-type behavioral tendencies.There was a significant difference in C-type behavior between the ovarian cancer group and the control group.There was no significant difference in C-type behavior between different constitutions.
